"Not as well as expected," Thomas admitted. The Lannisters were a consistent threat to the Riverlands and Thomas didn't mind showing his hand; it was likely as not that their spies had already done so, so no harm and no foul. He was less like to admit that to others, though, lest they think House Tully was on its last legs.
"He has days better and days worse. Those mostly have to do with his temper, however, and he's called my brother home in a fit of pique. Seems he needs someone to go hunting with and his vassals don't provide the needed sport."
