Post-service: Amadeus & Greer & Open
It didn't take long for them to make their way out of Central Park and, from there, there were coffee shops on every corner. The first one they passed look filled to bursting but they quickly came upon another one situated between all the art galleries in the area. It was an independent store rather than a chain and boasted a rather eclectic selection of art.
Amadeus quickly closed his umbrella, gesturing to Greer to go ahead to the counter. He joined her a moment later, obviously grateful to get out of the rain. A shared sentiment no doubt.
"I have no ambition to take over the world," Amadeus explained, it was an entertaining thought but really, "do you know how much work that would be?"
