Post-service: Amadeus & Greer & Open
Greer was ready to put the memorial behind her. It was sad it happened and it would never really be forgotten. When a major face in a movement was taken out like this, it reverberated through history. People remember where they were when it happened and what they doing, what they were wearing, what they felt. It still felt like a bad dream. And yet she knew they all had to move on somehow. The memorial was going to help. It was going to remind people of what Xavier did, though these protesters weren't helping.
"Yeah, you do," Greer said with a nudge as they started away from the memorial, starting to leave it behind them. Greer got used to ignoring people, especially when she had her fur. At one point in her youth, she'd been egged and denied service because people thought she was a mutant. Those were bad times and thankfully those thoughts were becoming less and less popular.
She nodded, "You'll figure it out. You always do. I'm really surprised you haven't just taken over the world yet. Not in the evil way but with what you come up with. Or do you feel like you gotta be fair to everyone else?" She was teasing in some ways, but Greer knew that Amadeus was absolutely brilliant. It's what drew her to him time and time again.
