As it is approaching the one year anniversary since I requested to begin work on the Lord Voldemort Library in my family's old home, I thought you would like a tour of the building before we open it. The work is nearly complete and I would like to give you a tour of it myself. There is a portrait of my mother that has become senile in its age and seems near impossible to remove. Other than that, it could be operational in the next few weeks, with your approval of course.

Sirius found himself wanting to look over his shoulder even more often than usual as he walked quickly up to the front door to his childhood home. As it was, he jumped several times at loud noises and he couldn't but laugh about it. By the time this mission was over (and yes, he was already calling it a mission), he'd have a lot more to be nervous about.

He let the front door slam behind him, and Walburga Black began her usual screams about blood traitors and degenerative perverts. For once, Sirius ignored her--short of a quick, "Shut up, bitch"--and started for the library, calling for Regulus.

My Lord,

I am having some difficulties in working on the library. As I am only able to get there on weekends and am by myself the progress is very slow going. I was hoping that you could persuade Dolores to loan me a few of the servants on the weekends. I can assure they will be in no danger as I have already locked away many of the more dangerous heirlooms left to me by my parents. I will, of course, be happy to discuss any concerns Dolores may have about taking the servants to my parents home. Thank you for your support on this project once again.

My Lord,

Working here in the Slytherin Academy has been a great honor and has given me a chance to think greatly about your new society. I have come up with a humble idea that I hope you will give a chance. What if a library was created, in your honor, to house all of the knowledge the magical world has to offer? You would be able to keep track of which wizards and witches were reading which books. The books could be tagged to show specifically which chapters in the books were read. This library, while offering the wizarding world knowledge, could also show you any patterns that may be growing such as a sympathy to the death of Albus Dumbledore or the Outsiders' cause. If it would not be too much to ask, I would appreciate your consideration on this plan. I would be honored if you would allow me to undertake this task.
