He raised his eyebrows at Evan over his menu. "Don't be a tease," he said. His smirk hadn't disappeared, nor the glint of amusement in his eye, but he was being serious for once, just masking it in his usual playful humor. "Here I am, being all respectful of your relationship, because you're both friends of mine, and you have to go and say things like that."
Their drinks arrived, and he picked up his glass, batting his eyes in amusement at Evan. "You go ahead and let me know if you find yourself not involved, sometime in the future. Salazar knows I'm not going to become unavailable anytime soon."
