Passing the flask back, Barty was glad to see the topic dropped. There wasn't much else to say there, and no matter how it went, it wasn't fun. And serious got so...boring after a while. And it would have been just plain odd to get bored with Rabastan in the room.
But a happy smirk grew upon his face at the question, as he decided how he wanted to tell Rab. He hadn't been hiding anything in the journals, but he hadn't just come out and said it either. Oh he'd been having fun writing little things. It was silly probably, but it was fun. "You've missed a lot, Rab," Barty leaned over the desk with a grin, "but lets see how much of it you can guess."
