Draco took the sword a bit gingerly, aiming it away from Morag. He didn't know how to use it, but if anything that made it more dangerous, since he was unused to using a blade of any kind, especially one so large.
"You'd be pretty formidable like that," he said, smirking. He stood again and moved to where he was sure he wouldn't chop her in half, or anything in the room for that matter, before giving the sword a test swing. "Though I'm sure you could pull it off."
He stopped and carefully held the sword in two hands, one hand on the hilt, the other holding the blade between two fingers. It reminded him of what she'd written in her journal, which echoed somewhat what he'd been thinking ever since Goyle had killed that servant. He couldn't say that he enjoyed watching it, but he felt as though he should have.
At least, he wasn't going to let on that it had bothered him, and he would just have to practice more until he managed something like it himself. It was what was expected of him, and if there was anyone he should talk to about it, it was Morag. She'd made no secret of it that she was planning to make a kill soon, before anyone else beat her to it.
"Why a sword, not a wand?" he asked curiously. "Which one are you planning to use for your first kill?"
