"Thank you," Draco said as he accepted the tea. The polite response was automatic, even though the situation they were in was more relaxed.
Especially since he hadn't even really needed to say much to get his point across. He smiled inwardly at his father's response, but stayed composed, merely giving a small nod.
"I've learned that lesson," he said. "I think we all have, honestly, but I suppose it's up to Blaise and Theo's parents-" He paused. Theo didn't have parents anymore, that made things a bit more complicated. "-Or Umbridge to make the final decision."
He blew very gently on his tea and sipped at it, enjoying the warmth of it. "I'm not going to get involved this time, unless you - or Mum, or Aunt Bella or someone - thinks I should. I don't think it's quite the same thing as when Pansy disappeared, anyway, I'm not sure what I could do to help."
