Theodore blanched at the first suggestion. Not that he was entirely opposed to that kind of act on principle, but this was not- no, he wanted to keep that sort of thing as far removed from his life here in the infirmary as possible. If Rosier had done that to him... he wasn't sure he'd be able to show his face around here again.
The punishment that Rosier decided on was more appropriate, although it was no less horrifying. He might be grateful for the break at first, for a day, maybe two, but after that - it might drive him mad, not coming here for a full two weeks. Less work, yes, but what he did here in the infirmary was the most rewarding part of his day, and it kept him calm, helped relieve the stress of his schoolwork, particularly the violent lessons.
"Yes, sir," he said simply. As much as he was now dreading the two weeks ahead of him, it was a fair punishment. And at least he wasn't banned forever, that was something. Tail metaphorically between his legs, Theodore turned and left, hands shoved in his pockets.
