At least he had found this out by talking, not by walking in on Zach with Rosier. That was something, he supposed. Not much, but something. It still would have bothered him if Rosier slept with Zach, though. He was in the same boat as Zach, really; after everything, he was still attracted to his boss, though he was getting much better at not showing it. If Zach did shag Rosier, Theodore would still be attracted to him. That would be the worst part of all, really.
"Let me guess," he said wryly, "At least a small part of you wants to accept that proposition."
Yes, he knew what that felt like. He could practically see on Zach's face that his reaction to Rosier had been the same as Theodore's was. Maybe he had never been propositioned so explicitly, probably because they had to work together, but the offer had been implied (less than subtly) so many times that it might as well have been spoken aloud.
