It had been two days since that fateful night between she and Zach, and even if she hadn't seen him in person, she still felt awkward. Really, she hoped she'd have a bit of breathing room, before they ran into each other. Two days didn't feel like enough. However, she was good at covering. At least, she thought so. This was an entirely different situation than she felt capable of handling.
But it didn't mean that she was going to be blaming anyone else involved, especially not Terrence.
Squinting up at him, she smiled amiably and patted down a place next to her on the bench. Initially, she thought he just wanted someone entertaining to watch the game with. However, as he took his seat, it dawned on her that he might be trying to talk to her for Zach. Which made her stiffen, even if she pretended that everything else was normal.
"Should be an interesting game," she chatted, pressing her hands between her knees as a source of warmth. It was still a bit chilly outside, even if it was sunny. Then again, Tracey was the type of girl who loved the outdoors and excessive heat. She was a beach bum in the wrong location. "We should make bets on who falls off of their broom, first."
Well, it wasn't exactly a secret that she thought the two teams playing were the least talented. But that was just her opinion.
