He wondered vaguely if this would make her back out on either the game he'd suggested or the challenge he'd given her. He hoped not. Maybe, somewhere in the midst of screaming lewd words to the skies, he'd find out something that was helpful.
And that reminded him - it was true that she really didn't like giving straight answers. He'd found that frustrating, even in the context of an innocent conversation, and had been forced to provoke her to get anything out of her, which had been a little awkward. But if he could smooth any of it over to help Z get a girl he might actually like, he'd do it.
