"Oh Dad's alright. He's the most mellow out of everyone, I reckon. Even Bill. Probably where Bill gets it from." Ginny said with a shrug. Her Dad just sort of went along with things and tried to make the best of every situation. Which is part of why Ginny loved him so much. "He keeps the peace. Y'know. Most of the time."
They were coming up on the shed and Ginny gave a peek through the window. It was always best to check just what he was tinkering with, she'd discovered over the past two years. A lesson learned after nearly being attacked with toast after the muggle toaster he'd been experimenting on had gone a bit mental. It looked relatively safe inside though and so Ginny gave a soft knock at the door.
"Come in, come in." Arthur said without looking up from the contraption he was fiddling with.
"Dinner's almost ready, Dad. We just came out to see if you needed any help."
"We?" Arthur said a bit distractedly, he was attempting to figure out the function of what appeared to be a large cup attached to a very clunky bottom. He looked up from his project and smiled warmly. "Ah. Neville, my boy! How are you?"
