RP: I can be your father figure WHO: Remus and Gilbert WHAT: Serious talk WHERE: Home WHEN: Wednesday night WHY: They've put it off too long. RATING: Low STATUS: complete
Remus had put this off too long. The moon was a crescent, and it had been many fulls since he had last spoken to Gilbert alone. He knew he was afraid. He wondered how much the boy remembered from that night in the Ministry, and whether Gilbert was angry at being confined away from his parents, away from Barty Crouch who had taken such good care of him, even if it was for nefarious purposes. Sirius believed that Remus and Gilbert had some kind of understanding. As far as Remus could tell, Gilbert didn't hate him, though he couldn't have blamed the boy if he had. After all, Remus hated Fenrir Greyback.
Knowing he needed to at least check in on Gilbert, Remus, freshly changed from work, went down the hall and knocked on the youth's door.
