Ernie tried as hard as he could not to laugh. This was a serious matter. Yep. Serious. Seriously funny... The corners of his lips went up and he looked down as he crossed the short distance to the piano. Being a man of his word meant he was going to play the stupid piano and not ask about the chest anymore. After all, he knew exactly what handcuffs were, and what they were used for in this world. However, he was certainly not going to let Zacharias know he knew anything out of the ordinary. Though Zach didn't quite really seem the type to need those types of aides. Maybe he liked the challenge?
"Right," he said, more to himself than anything else. Slowly, Ernie cracked his knuckles and slowly pressed down on one of the ivory keys on the piano. The sound filled the room for a moment before slowly fading, and he had to take a deep breath. It had been months since he had been near a piano, and the electricity that he always felt was still there, coursing through his hands and through his fingertips. For a brief moment, he retracted his fingers, balling them into his fist just inches above the keys. He had made a deal, now it was time to make good on it. All he had was his word, anyway. "Any requests?"
