Daphne licked her lips nervously as she waited for her new servant to arrive. Her note from Umbridge told her that the servant would be sent to her in the morning. There was no information about who her servant happened to be, but she rather hoped that she would be more reliable than Lavender. As much as she liked her and hoped that things would be tolerable without a master for her, she did not want a servant who she took care of more than the servant took care of her. That was how their relationship ended. It was too suspicious for Daphne's well-being.
Now she sat, waiting for someone to come. She could hardly wait to meet them.
