Actually, she had trouble imagining life without magic, in general. It wasn't only magical society that she would have missed in that situation; she supposed she could live without it, if she had Lucius and Draco. But the magic she used on an everyday, regular basis - what would she do without it? At least Muggles grew up learning to live that way, but going from having magic to being magic-less sounded awful.
She also wondered what it must be like for Andromeda, having chosen the life she had, only for her daughter to renounce it and return to the life her mother had left behind. But she tactfully decided not to ask.
