Draco had brought nothing with him for two reasons. First, it hadn't been required, and second, though he had no problem with bragging about himself, he felt that he gave a much better impression in person. He'd chosen not to tell her terribly much via journal for that reason, as well.
It certainly had nothing to do with the fact that he didn't care enough. Nor that he thought it was going to be easy. Even though he would have looked good on paper, he didn't want to start by simply handing her a list of accomplishments. He wanted to show, not tell.
He moved purposefully into the room and took his seat, considering her first question. She knew of his family, he was sure, and as a professor, she likely had access to his marks, so there was no need to tell her about either of those things. He also knew that Morag had told her about his first kill, and he planned to mention it anyway, but not right off the bat. He was a Malfoy, he would distinguish himself from those who were merely killing machines. Not that killing machines weren't useful to the Dark Lord, of course, but he wasn't one of them.
"Most recently, I had a few ideas for increasing security in the castle by establishing a student hierarchy," he said, to begin with. "The majority of students here are soft, and those with loyalty and ambition often go unrecognized. I suggested to Mr. Rookwood - and plan to put the idea to the Headmistress - that some might be elevated to a certain status, such as Head Boy and Girl, and enforce the standards the Dark Lord has for education."
He gave her a small smile. "Other than that, I've been planning my summer hols and my strategy for making my recent attacker's life a living hell."
