Morag considered that, lips pursing as she considered her words. "I would think a change perhaps in curriculum and staff." She suggested. "A change in the order of things." She shook her head a little. "I'm not suggesting a change in what per se -- but in the way it's done." She measured her words. "Finals for the term are approaching, and some of us will be required to kill -- but yet, if we were to practise, it becomes vandalism. We learn these things and have no way to perfect them without getting in trouble ourselves."
She gestured a little. "And this new diet for the servants -- it's taking away our authority over our own servants, because she's scared. If one managed to blow up the headmistress office already, being treated as they were, what will it cause among them when they're dropping like flies? Not to mention the way there value would drop on the market. Can't we use a more psychological method to turn them into willingly obedient servants, who would protect their masters from the enemy, even if the enemy wishes to free them?" It's what she tried tried to do with her own servant.
"As far as security," she said slowly. "The woods are problematic, as I the lake, they both remain hard to patrol, especially to those who don't know them." She took a deep breath. "Couldn't there be a way to extend the wards to only allow servants in, perhaps by blood status, and yet register movement in and out of purebloods?"
