Terrence would not have bet any money on Anthony's odds if he'd tried to actually pick a fight and run off. He took pride in his ability to duel, and although he didn't know what kind of training the other boy had, he sincerely doubted he'd had a chance to practice anytime recently.
But it was a moot point. If Anthony wanted to run off, he would let him. He'd just make sure Anthony wouldn't track anyone back to him first.
It didn't seem like Anthony was running off, though. Physically speaking, Terrence didn't give him much of a chance just after they landed; he made a grab for Anthony's arm and reversed the Disillusionment Spell, then removed his Invisibility Cloak so they could actually see each other. And just in time, not two seconds into his time at the flat and Anthony was already making jokes about Terrence's sexuality again; even if Terrence had cared about that sort of thing, he'd be in far too good a mood right now to care.
"I was thinking more along the lines of a couple beers," he said, still laughing; he was in the mood to laugh, after the explosion he'd just seen. He wasn't even going to bother correcting Anthony on the gay point, since he already knew that his former servant new better. It was just an inside joke, now. "Over which I'll tell you exactly what a batshit crazy wild goose chase they'll be going on to find out who bought that egg. Oh, and..."
He took out another container with another frozen Ashwinder egg from his pocket. "Freshly stolen from one of my favorite students this morning. But I think I'll sell this one, make a few bucks. Not that I spent a dime on the other one."
Moving to the fridge, he pulled out a couple of bottles for them and slid one across the counter to Anthony. He opened his own, then passed the bottle opener, too. "Cheers."
