Zach didn't want anyone - anyone not his friend - to know. It had been hard enough to tell his friends. It had gone well enough, even with Tracey in the end. And she had had awfully good reason to react...not entirely well about it, given the yea, but it had gone well, really, in the end. But even so, even though there was nothing wrong with Theo liking Blaise or even Crouch and Rosier being together and so publicly. There was nothing wrong with being gay for anyone else. No. But he couldn't be.
His dad would kill him. Well, his dad wouldn't kill him, but he'd do everything but.
He really felt a bit...inspected with how she looked at him. And Zach didn't know how to be about it. He was just...he kept it inside, didn't stare at blokes, didn't do anything like that a straight boy wouldn't do. He raised an eyebrow at the shame comment about straight boys. But that made him want to smile. T was straight.
"I guess I can't do much about a sixth sense," Zach shrugged, "But it'd be bloody useful." He couldn't have people knowing, but if he knew who, well, that was a bit...useful. If he knew ahead of time, no point liking a straight bloke, most straight blokes anyway.
