What: Things have gone too far and they have to act now, or else risk losing both Dominic and Tabitha forever.
Notes: I meant to post this days ago, sorry! If this ends up dragging on I'm going to put up a conclusions post in the OOC comm to talk about what happened so the game doesn't end up freezing indefinitely for these characters. Also, to set up the scenario, I had to do a tiny bit of puppeting -- I apologize! Otherwise the plot would have dragged on uselessly for a week before we got to any action. :P

What: Ronnie calls Bobby quite early in the morning on his cell phone to make certain that Bobby forgot about their mother's birthday so he, Ronnie, could once again come out on top as the better Drake son.

What: Dominic's been going to Friends of Humanity meetings for some time. Eventually he's got to get noticed.

What: Betsy is busy with a great deal of work, and so she has decided to pull an all-nighter at the office. Rather a bad idea, as her building is visited by the Friends of Humanity. This is hopefully a shortish narrative, but an important one. At least, *I* think so - you're very welcome to disagree.

What: Logan to the rescue! Because that’s what he does. He rescues people.

What: Things never turn out good when your younger brother, who hates the fact that you're a mutant and outed you and your friends to the police, has become part of the very organization out to rid the world of mutants. It's even worse when said younger brother seems to have finally gone off the deep end and doesn't seem at all phased about causing plenty of pain and injury to his older brother.

What: John and Bobby were supposed to meet at noon for a fight, but they had a pissing contest about who would get there first... so... it's seven in the morning and they're there waiting to fight. Rogue's there, too, to make sure that John doesn't do anything seriously stupid.



Hah. Suck on that, Bobby Drake. John Allerdyce was there first. It was just barely after dawn, but John was there. He was there first, dressed in a coat and gloves and hat, freezing his ass off. But he was there first, so there. That was one battle won. However, being five hours early to a fight meant that John was prepared to be bored. He was tired, and in order to pass the time he was sitting on a bench with a cup of coffee and a muffin.

So there, Bobby.

John's heart was racing. He couldn't wait. Maybe it was sick, but he couldn't wait to see him. He missed Bobby. He missed their friendship... but he couldn't go back. So, instead, he decided to beat the shit out of his old friend. Let out some frustration, deal with his inner demons.

He sat and waited. Took a sip of coffee. Checked his watch. Crowed about being there first. ---After about fifteen minutes of this he was bored out of his skull.

Who: Liz Taupier, Max Whitaker and… tada! Ronnie motherfucking Drake played by Kellie. For realz.

What: Liz, Max and Ronnie have a power wow. And plot a kidnapping.

What: Given that the Friends of Humanity have become a huge problem for ALL mutants, Eric decides it's best to let bygones be bygones for a little while and lend a helping hand in the matter.

What: Hank went on errands and it turns out he should have slept in today. Jean-Paul has asked to come along, but because I had much of this written already and didn't want to slow it down with a thread (since JP would definitely stop the FOH if he was around), I've made the assumption that they split up about half an hour ago to go separate ways while Hank did a little Christmas shopping for him.
