It was unfortunate for her, then, that the scaffolding in question was currently in use. Remy Lebeau carefully made his way up the side of the building, revisiting the building's plans carefully stowed away in his mind. This wasn't going to be a particularly exciting job but Remy needed a chance to do something simple. Something he was good at that didn't involve politics, Essex, or the school.
A good contract solved that problem. Even if the item in question - some banking program - was a little dull. Oh well, they couldn't all be priceless collectibles and Remy wasn't above a bit of business espionage when the occasion called for it. A Guild contract was just that.
At the sight of the woman peering over the edge, Remy froze for a second. Luckily he was good at making use of shadow. He could have been spotted - if the person in question was in possession of night vision (not that he could see) or had some interesting talents of her own (in which case his evening became a lot more interesting). Still, he got the feeling he wouldn't remain hiddne for long.
What were the odds of a woman on the rooftop for a mere evening stroll? Laughable.
With all the stealth in his repertoire, Remy scaled the last few yards upwards to the top of the building, boosting himself up near the unknown factor in his plans. "Bonsoir."
The question of why there was a woman on this particular building remained. And Remy loved a good mystery.
