Well, they didn't show up. She was totally fine, laid out on the kitchen floor. Sure they could've been looming over a counter or something, but there were books sprawled out everywhere as they were attempting to pick out the perfect menu for the uh...special romantic picnic dinner. During the time of which they'd all gotten together and she'd made certain no one was really in hearing distance, she'd explained everything to them in the corner furthest from the door. That she was going to set up Warren and Kimberly on a surprise date. Sure it sounded like a disaster waiting to happen, but they were both really nice so even if they didn't get all googly eyed like expected, they'd become better friends!
Right?
At least, if they were sneaky enough no one would know it was them who set it up! Or that it was her idea.
She hadn't been paying attention to the fact that there was an inspector around, until Xavier and Hank passed the kitchen. She noticed them out of the corner of her eye, but didn't really turn her attention to them. "This looks good." She said pointing at a particularly impossible looking display of colors. She couldn't really figure out what most of it was, in fact, she was just now deciphering different food products...and deciding she didn't like carrots so maybe not. Making a face, she resigned to leave the decisions to the girls in front of her. They'd know what they were doing, right? Sure all of them were pretty young, but they've read fairytales and watched Disney movies...right?
Pfft, what kind of parent wouldn't subject their child to fairytales?!
