thread: marauders!
Who: Mr. Sinister and the Loser Squad. ...>.> When: let's pretend it's the night Sinister said they'd meet--Sunday 7th Where: 2593 Route 52, Taconic Plaza, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533. That's a Dunkin' Donuts, kids. Look it up. :) What: Mr. S has appropriately sinister plans that he needs the Marauders to help him with. Bwahahaha.
Mr. Sinister had been busy in the last few months. His team had probably found his disappearance disconcerting, but he hardly worried about that. They could be replaced if need be, and Sinister had much more important things to occupy his mind. He'd gotten tired of his old games and had found much more suitable research for a man of his intellect. The resources now at his fingertips were sufficient to provide him with almost endless possibilities. It would have almost been terrifying, if it weren't so rewarding on a theoretical level.
But the Marauders didn't need to know all that. It would all go above their heads. What he wanted from them, though, they could do. Hopefully. If not, well...again, they could be replaced.
The Dunkin' Donuts was close to his latest research center, and sociopath he might be, the man enjoyed a good cup of coffee. The seating area was small, but not crowded, and the way Mr. Sinister was seated in the corner scared people away without having to do anything more drastic, flashy, or powerful. It was better that people not try to delve too far into the enigma that was Sinister. Somehow, someway, just knowing him would bite you in the ass.
That's why he had a sort of sick curiosity about seeing which of his darling Marauders would make it today, and who might have decided to take a leave of absence.
Needless to say, he'd think of someway to take care of the latter category.
