Alex and Terry's Honeymoon.
Who: Alex and Terry
What: Honeymoon!
When: After their wedding, of course
Where: Hawaii
It was very cliche, a honeymoon in Hawaii, but Terry didn't care. She had always wanted to go Hawaii and the honeymoon was the perfect excuse. She looked down at her left hand and smiled at the sigh of the wedding ring. She still couldn't believe she was married. She was Mrs. Summers now. Or Mrs. Rourke-Cassidy-Summers... She still hadn't figured out what she wanted to do with her last name; but that wasn't important now. Now it was all about enjoy the stay with her husband. "Do you want to go to the beach today?"
Alex looked in from the balcony, already in a pair of boarder shorts. “Anywhere you want to be.” He shot a bright, sweet smile to her. “I'm happy to be here and do anything you want to.” He loved his wife and it showed in his eyes; his perfect day was doing whatever she wanted when she wanted to (in his mind) and he hoped she'd let him. Since he grew up in Hawaii it was so much more about her then him, weddings tended to be that way.
Terry smiled back at him and got up from the bed, walking toward him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him softly on the lips. "You shouldn't say that." She chuckled. "What if I want to go on a shopping spree all day?”
“I better stretch my arms then.” Alex grinned and kissed he back softly before stepping back and playfully beginning to stretch his arms.
Laughing, she punched him playfully on the arm. "Silly." She turned around and went to get one of the bikinis she bought for the trip.
And she was followed, Alex was all sorts of curious what she had brought but he didn't want to peek early. It was better to look while she was getting into it. “So that's a no on the shopping marathon?”
"That's a 'maybe later'" She replied, looking back over her shoulder with a small smile. She had brought a lot of stuff, though she would most probably only wear half of it while in Hawaii. Dresses to go out on the day and at night, shorts, a million tops and at least four different bikinis; plus a few other surprises Alex wasn't supposed to see until nighttime.
He leaned against the door frame as she changed and they spoke “We can do that. I came prepared for all sorts of things so that we can do whatever you'd like. I have the folding chairs and towels set out for us too.”
She changed quickly into the bikini and turned to him. "I love it that you thought of everything.”
He laughed a bit as she changed quickly and hugged her once she was ready, nearly scooping her up into his arms. “Of course. I want this to be the best time ever for you.” He grinned and kissed her. “So, that means you might have to tell me what you want to drink.” Alex said teasingly. He wouldn't let her get completely drunk but a few drinks couldn't hurt.
Terry wrapped her arms around him and kissed him back. "See? That's the only thing that sucks about this honeymoon. I can't even order my own drinks unless they're alcohol-free." She pouted a little, pretending to be mad.
Alex kissed her back sweetly “Then I guess that just means that you won't be allowed to get up and do anything... I'll have to take care of you the entire time.” He winked and smirked sweetly, picking up the other things he had prepared for their beach time.
She rolled her eyes playfully. "You try and keep me from doing anything for more than five minutes." She chuckled, picking up her sunglasses from the table. "You got the sunscreen? I don't want to look like a lobster when we get back here."
He pulled it from the bag to show that he had it “Lobster? I thought you'd just turn into one huge freckle.” He winked teasingly, she knew he loved how she looked; particularly the freckles.
"No, believe me. I get all red and it hurts like hell. It's the downside of having so many freckles and being so pale... And stop teasing or I'll make sure you sleep on the floor tonight." She threatened jokingly, her smile giving her away.
Alex scooped her up and tossed her over his shoulder playfully “Make me sleep on the floor, huh? I don't think you could.” He laughed playfully as he carried her down to the beach.
Terry let out a squeal when he tossed her over his shoulder and laughed. "Alex!... You are so sleeping on the floor tonight!"
“Am not!” He grinned, dropping their stuff on the beach and setting her down on her feet to start getting their chairs folded out and ready. He stuck his tongue out at her teasingly when she looked.
"Are too!" She laughed, sticking her tongue out at him back. "And you're lucky that I don't say no sex for a week."
“You'd never punish me like that.” He grinned charmingly “Would you?” He set everything up for them, putting his cute act on full force.
"Maybe... If you did something really really bad." She was trying hard not to fall for his cute little act, even if it was almost impossible to resist.
He laughed “I'd never do something that bad.” He slipped down into one of the chairs once everything was set up.
"You better." She chuckled. "I don't think I could without sex for a week." She winked at him and sat down on the other chair, leaning back and relaxing.
“I'd hope not.” He smiled to her and then slid back and down into his chair. “At least not while I was available.”
"Mhm." She smiled back at him and put her sunglasses on. "Sunscreen, please?"
Alex passes it over after getting some on his hands. He watched the water and the people in it for a while. He wondered how high on the bad scale throwing her in would be.
Well, he could try and see for himself, because her obvious reply to that question would be very high; but she could be just exaggerating. "Thanks, baby." She started applying the sunscreen on her arms and cleavage before moving down to her legs.
He was quickly caught up in her lotion application and settled in to watch. There wasn't any better vacation, he thought.
She glanced at him, catching him looking at her, and a small smirk appeared on her face. "Enjoying the show?"
“I always do.” Alex laughed a bit, not one to hide his looking. “There's no one better to watch.” He gave a sweet smile to her.
She replied to his smile with a sweet smile of her own. "I'm glad to hear that." At least she knew he wasn't looking at any of the other girls on the beach.
Once Terry was settled in and finished Alex looked back out over the water and settled in to relax for a while and enjoy the day with his new bride.
Terry leaned back and sighed happily. "I could really get used to this, living in a place like this."
“I used to live around here. It's great when it's a vacation; we just need to live it up.” He grinned to her and then stood. “Want to swim?”
"And we'll definitely need to come back." She smiled. "Sure." She gave him a little nod and stood up.
Alex offered his hand to her as he headed out, walking down to the water with her. “We can definitely make this a recurring thing.” He smiled to her.
"I'd like that." She said with a smile, wrapping her arm around his waist as they made their way into the water.
He scooped her up as they went into the water, walking out with her for their day of fun in the sun and beach lounging.
