Maybe she should've tried acting for the cool she'd been displaying over the entire situation as Carol seemed to remember the need to go somewhere. "It's been a pleasure." She said in response to the woman's parting words. She'd almost taken a moment out to breath easy, but she couldn't. Instead, she just looked at the mess around her, and motioned the woman to come out from behind the dumpster. Had to keep the act up for the citizen's well-being. "You sure you're alright?"
The woman only nodded again as the cherry tops pulled up at the end of the alley. "That's my cue to book it." She said leaving the woman in the hands of the police officers. The next thing on her list was leaving a note for the Avengers on her findings. Carol had been blown up. Apparently, so had her personality and it'd been reconstructed, unlike her body, in a Frankenstein-esque manner.
Pulling out her PDA, she started e-mailing the information she'd collected on Carol, including a couple of pictures of what had happened to the guys in the alley for review.
