For a moment silence lingered as the man just studied Liam carefully, trying to determine if the doctor was lying or not. At last though, after hearing Liam out, Zero found himself sighing as he took a seat again. It was true, that every time he started to recall some little detail those strands just tried to stop him. The longer they stayed in that mindscape thing, the worse the effects of the stands seemed to become. As concerned as he was even TJ could admit that he had been able to recall so small snippets of those memories. Not a lot by any means, but just tiny whispers of a past he had thought was forever taken from him.
"Three years, and nothing...I'm not a fan of whatever that mind thing is, or of having to deal with that web stuff. But I've got a sliver of the memories back in just a little time, so I'm not opposed to trying again. When JJ returned he looked up at her, and that look on her face made him feel...something. Without saying a thing Zero reholstered his gun at last, and nodded when Liam suggested eating. "Fine."
