San searched the shelf for the right box and finally found it, when she turned around the kid was gone again. "Mother f-" Then he wasn't. She let out a small sigh, she could feel her patience drawing thin. "Damn it Liam." She muttered under her breath. He would be doing so much better than she was at that moment. "That's not needed, I'm not going to let you just-" She started, then realized what she'd brought him.
San started to laugh, she couldn't help it. The laughter came hard, she felt a little overwhelmed by it actually. "It's... perfect." She said, still laughing as she grabbed a small butterfly closure from the box and returned to Alex. "Here, hold still." She carefully used the closure to hold his skin together. "Okay, you can wash your face with this on, but keep it on for a week and come back to see me. You'll want to ice your nose and sleep with your head propped up as well. We'll see how it's healing when you come back." She grabbed the small bottle of acetaminophen and handed it to him. There weren't a lot of pills inside, but it's what she could budget. "Take one a day for pain, if needed." She held his hand a moment, "Please, if you don't need them all bring them back... so someone else can." She plead before releasing his hand.
