She'd let go of him for a second to ring the cloth so she could clean the head wound after determining he didn't have a broken nose, possibly fractured but nothing that needed adjustment. With an arched brow San reached out to where she'd just seen the boy and he appeared again. "Okay, you said pain looses your concentration, let's see if we can treat that first." She gestured a finger at him. "Don't... go anywhere." San moved away and into the kitchen where she grabbed a small bottle of pills from the locked cupboard and a small vial from the fridge.
When she returned she waved her hand a little until she felt his and could see him again. "Okay, how about you hold my arm until I'm done with this." She grabbed a needle from the drawer beside her and transferred some of the liquid from the vial to the needle. "So, normally I wouldn't do this for this kind of pain, but since it's a little hard to work on you with you vanishing on me..." She got some moonshine on a cotton ball and wiped down his arm before sticking him with the needle. "Not a lot, but just enough to hopefully dull the pain enough. Should only take a few minutes to kick in." San placed the needle back on the table and placed a hand on her arm as it was clearly the way to keep him in sight. "So... name?"
