"Ah, never used to, Draco? Is that an indication of a change of heart? You know I'm always open to new... experiences," Blaise replied, his tone sultry, as usual.
A slow blink was the only reaction Blaise gave to Draco's confession. An Auror? Hunting down previous friends? Hell, hunting down the equivalent of his own father? A very interesting turn of events indeed. As far as he was concerned, however, Death Eaters and the like really took a lot of things too far. Blaise was, after all, a lover and not a fighter. He could just as easily hold his own beliefs and not kill anyone by the use of his ability to ignore the less-than-interesting or tasteful. Why dry up a puddle when you can just as easily step around it?
But the son of Lucius Malfoy? An Auror? That was definitely a little more than he could easily believe. Had Draco fallen on his head? Been Obliviated?
Or worse, was this some sort of joke? He'd see. "Turning over a new leaf, little Malfoy? I never thought I'd see the day," he paused, "What about your parents?" This new development made it seem that his return to England would prove more entertaining than previously believed.
