Harry watched Ginny close her eyes. She was so good to him and she looked tired. Her breathing deepened and she was asleep. He shifted her carefully into a more comfortable position, conjured a blanket, and erected a sound barrier around her. Then he moved to the bags they had brought.
Harry was glad the place had come with furniture, the previous owners were transferring to the States and didn't want to have to get rid of all their things.
He looked around him, he opened a bunch of linens and threw them in the Muggle washer. Funny he knew how to do that and not how it was done the Muggle way.
Then he went to unpack the kitchen, casting his shield and siphoning charms as he unpacked electrical appliances. He thought he might need it around the whole house to protect the circuitry and made a mental note to get permission from Kingsley to put wards on the house.
When the kitchen was finished he changed the loads of laundry and decided to skip the living room for now. He moved upstairs and began working on the room that would be his office. Summoning his to do list he made a mental note to take Hermione to a bookstore so that she could stock his shelves.
He went downstairs and retrieved the linens and quickly made up the beds. All the rooms still needed work, but it was a start.
