Ginny didn't think, she just acted. She let go of his hands and wrapped her arms around him, burrying her face in his chest, "Harry, I had no idea... oh Harry..." her voice dropped to a whisper, "You love me." she said softly, not really meaning for him to hear it.
He barely had time to process what he said let alone realise that yes he did love her more than anyone when his world began to spin. "Woah" he moaned and fell back on the bed trying to close his eyes to the dizziness, but he didn't loosen his hold on her.
Ginny pulled back slightly, "Harry, oh... I'm sorry, I wasn't even thinking." She didn't want to pull away, but if he let go, she would.
"Not...your... fault," He ground out. "Should've ...told you... earlier.” He took a few breaths but remained laying down, “Don't leave,” he asked, his voice sounding small like a sick child wanting a parent
Ginny nodded and laid her head back down on his chest, "It's over now, Harry. It's over and we won, and we don't have to fight that war again."
Harry was silent for a little while just enjoying this. He ran over the talk in his memory and even though his head hurt he tried to concentrate. This was important Maybe.... he began tracing a design on her arm L.O.V.E.U. Then he traced it again holding his breath. It seemed concentration acted as some sort of shield if his head was pounding
Ginny laid there, her eyes closed. She knew this wasn't going to last and Harry wouldn't be able to fight the potion forever, as much as she would love to spend hours here, curled up with Harry. She wondered what it would be like to wake up in his arms. She looked up and him, and saw the look of concentration on his face. She hated this had to be so hard for him.
