His eyes caught sight of a familiar something bright red when his gaze surveyed the room around them. It didn't take long for Draco to realize that he'd, thankfully, guessed accurately at where Ginny would be. Seeing her like this...Draco gulped, terrified. This was what Blaise was referring to, wasn't it? This give-and-take, thing? Ginny had been there for him, now he had to give some of that back to her.
Shifting so that he was in her line of sight from the bed, Draco lifted one trembling hand so that he ran his fingers through her red hair cautiously. "Gin," he breathed the name quietly. "I'm sorry, Gin. I was an idiot. I don't know what I'm doing, really. I just...this is my first relationship, and I...I like you. I like you a whole bloody lot." Merlin. That...took a lot to say, for Draco. "I just...I'm sorry for being a git." Draco bent down lightly to press a soft kiss to her forehead, hoping she'd recognize him and not kick him out for being a fool.
