Draco just stood where he was, however, almost frozen to the spot. Part of him was remembering his conversation with Blaise. He knew if he went over there, and if he comforted Ginny right now, he'd be in this for a while. Another part of him wanted to just Apparate out of his own flat, run to Blaise, and find out what the hell he wanted.
He eventually decided to go for the "deer in the headlights" look: staring straight at the pair of them, unmoving, uncertain as to what the hell to do next. He couldn't really tell Ginny that he believed wholeheartedly that this was what he wanted, because he didn't bloody well know. He'd been backed into a dangerous corner, and as a Slytherin, Draco wanted to retreat. But he thought that this was one of those times when he needed to be a Gryffindor, and Draco didn't bloody well know how to do that.
