Ginny watched the exchange take place, a smug smile washing over her face. Take that, Auntie Matilda. She was good enough to run around with the big boys.
"Well, Mr Malfoy," Auntie Matilda said, "I was just about to discuss this with them. I was just complementing them on their daughter's taste in escorts." Auntie Matilda was kissing some serious behind, and it was painfully obvious.
Molly raised an eyebrow, "Oh, tea? Perhaps sometime. Genevra certainly could use some time with her family." Molly was attempting to be polite, but was cautious. She knew this tone, and was curious as to what Matilda wanted.
Placing her free hand gently on Molly's shoulder, Ginny bent down and spoke softly, "I'm staying at Hermione's tonight, I'll be home for supper tomorrow." She didn't give her mother much of a chance to respond before giving Draco a pointed look that clearly said, "Get me out of here, please." She knew some interesting conversation was about to take place, and she did not wish to witness it.
