Dominic disagreed with this particular sentiment, but that was only because he preferred not to surround himself at all. He'd been here and there, out of Europe mostly, for nearly a decade now. The only people he actively visited were Bellatrix and Rodolphus, and it had been a few years since he'd even done that. People weren't exactly his concern, though stress from his father indicated that he should make the habit of connecting well with some of them. And now, sitting across from Rodolphus and discussing future plans of destruction, he felt he'd connected just fine.
Mentally, Nic had already withdrawn his previous question. He didn't care so much about the who as he did the how. And it was undoubtedly an impressive cast and crew that Rodolphus had plans for. This would have to be a game of chess, this round, given that they would already being watched as it was. A delicate game of chess.
"How do you plan to? We're already being watched." It wasn't a doubt. It wasn't a 'no'. It was simply a statement following a curiosity.
