"Are you sure?" Simon chuckled again. Yet he felt another flash of frustration, wishing he really could stand up and proudly announce his relationship. He didn't like feeling as if he should be ashamed of who he was and who he liked.
Then Chris moved in and all the frustrations melted to be replaced by little happy bells ringing in his head. The kiss was too short though. As they parted, Simon also glanced around the room. The kid with his back to them got up and roused the sleeper, pulling him out of the desk so they could both stumble off to their dorms. The other couple were so busy with each other they wouldn't notice if a bomb went off, Simon thought, but he wasn't going to take too many chances.
He 'accidentally' knocked his pencil off the desk. The sound wasn't enough to bother anyone else, but it did give Simon the excuse to duck down onto his knees under the table. He tugged at Chris' hand, pulling him to join him. Under the table, hidden from the view of the other couple and anyone else, they could at least have a longer kiss to seal the deal.
