After Simon took the offered quiche, Chris picked up one of his own. "I know, Vicky made certain I was aware." He took a bite and made a slight sound of approval and gave a nod. "If you've not got plans to open a restaurant of your own you really ought to consider the possibility."
He reached over to his own bag and took out his camera. "I'll even do the menus for you," he snapped a few picture of the food with Simon in the background before using the need for a new angle as an excuse to move closer.
"So the cure for our nerves then is a mixture of food and camera." It really was easier to talk when he had the camera in his hand. "Take a bite," he directed as he lifted another of the quiches toward Simon's mouth with one hand while still holding the camera. Chris loved candid shots, but he also knew the value of a well set picture.
