James waited a couple of seconds until he could distinctive hear the 1-2-3, 1-2-3 in the music and swept them back into motion. James was, he was a pleased to say, quite a good dancer, and his wife knew he would step on her toes. He chuckled and leaned in, pressing his cheek against hers. "I won't damage your adorable little toes, Lils. Come on. I was a good dancer before you ever started paying attention to me."
He squinted around the rest of the room and realized how much his near sightedness was blinding him. "I think I need my glasses, though."
