WHO: The better question might be who isn't there (that isn't stuck at Hogwarts)!
WHEN: Saturday night.
WHERE: The transformed Leaky Cauldron.
WHAT: The masquerade party for Sirius' birthday!

All the invites had been sent out earlier that week and the decorations had been placed earlier that day - the Leaky Cauldron was ready for Sirius Black's 38th birthday party that Regulus and Glenda had thrown together for him. Regulus had to keep Sirius busy that day and was not able to help Glenda decorate the Leaky - but she did a fantastic job as people more than likely would not recognize the inside of it.

Richly colored fabrics and gilded decorations covered the place, disguising the pub's typical dreary interior. Magicked lights hovered in the ceiling, casting a soft glow across the whole scene. Regulus had hired a lesser known Wizarding rock band to play cover songs (both wizarding and muggle alike) for the evening and their stage was set up in one of the corners of the room.

Guest arrival was required by 7:30pm sharp, to give everyone enough time to get settled and into place for Sirius and Regulus' arrival. The full bar was opened at that time, providing the guests with pre-party entertainment. There was also a table set up along one wall with Sirius' favorite dishes.

Regulus talked Sirius into grabbing a drink with him since no one else had made any plans for his birthday (or so it seemed) and the two brothers Apparated to Diagon Alley shortly before 8 o'clock. Neither were dressed for the occasion, but the night before Regulus had dropped off a change of clothes for both of them.

The pair walked into the Leaky and the guests yelled 'Surprise!' at Sirius while Regulus merely grinned about the look on his brother's face.
