WHO: Jack and Michelle
WHEN: Thursday, August 9 about noon
WHERE: Cafe near St. Mary's Hospital
WHAT: Lunch after visiting the hospital
RATING: G most likely
STATUS: Closed, Completed

Jack wandered down the street quietly. He hadn't said much since they left St. Mary's. He looked up at the sky and ran a hand through his hair. The sky was grey and it looked like rain. He found himself wishing that he'd thought to bring an umbrella, he was going to be soaked to the bone by the time he got home after lunch, he could just feel it.

As he and Michelle neared the cafe he took a couple swift steps and grabbed the door, holding it for his friend so she could duck inside. "Thanks again for coming with me. I really appreciate it." He smiled genuinely grateful for her calming presence. "Lunch is on me," he said as they sat at a table near the window.
