Vicky handed Duck one of the drinks before dropping into the other beanbag in what could only be described as a very unfeminine move. She turned and reached for the bag of food to snatch the chips he'd brought with them. Unless it was one of Simon's desserts Vicky wasn't terribly fond a sweet snacks much preferring cheesy or salty foods to sweets.
"It was too bad that there was all that drama earlier today. Everyone missed a great movie."
Drew may have bought the excuses given to him from Chris and Dani but Vicky knew that they were each trying to avoid the other. And it wasn't that she blamed either of them for doing so exactly as it was just a general dissapointment that the whole thing happened in the first place. She hadn't said it to Simon because he was understandably upset by his boyfriend's reaction to things but she honestly felt that though there might have been overreactions on both parts that Chris and his woe is me attitude grated at her more than Dani's somewhat understandable freak out. Chris had been in the wrong, not in posting the picture of Dani so much as what he said afterwards. Add to it her concerns about how she felt that Chris might be manipulating Simon's feelings and the whole thing just left a bad taste in her mouth. Which is why she needed more chips.
"So, what are we watching tonight?" she asked Duck pushing her own worries to the back of her mind. Time with Duck was meant to keep her from worrying after all.
