WHEN: Saturday Night
WHAT: Brawlin'
RATING: High at least for language
For the week that had been, and the week that she never forgot about ten years ago now... she had been shockingly sober. For the first time in a long time she had been so completely consumed by the world around her that she didn't have time for her own thoughts and her own pain. It couldn't last though, sleep became less and less of an option as her thoughts did encroach and exhaustion gave way to the need to just-
Steve with his brand, Sofiya injured, Terry was dead... Even a person with excellent coping skills might have found a need for an evening of oblivion. She was well past that though.
Eva had given in and slipped into the club George had shown her, direct trip to the upstairs where she had consumed a bit more than she should have of her new weakness, the Pixies new what they doing when they had created it. However several hours later she hadn't completely escaped the world as she had wished to. There was still- a riotous mix of emotions that she couldn't tamp down and couldn't even single out.
The hour of evening didn't seem to matter as she left the club and it's quiet seclusion. She needed noise and people and to lose herself in another world, not her own. She stepped into the Leaky prepared to have a drink for the road before stepping out into Muggle London. A club was her intention, but she was stopped dead in her tracks.
One emotion managed to push itself to the surface finally as she spotted a unfortunately familiar form at the bar. Strong back, short blonde hair and- Eva's eyes narrowed as rage became the only emotion she could focus on and it was nice to have that one singular purpose. She made a beeline, small heeled feet nearly stamping their way to the bar before she tapped his shoulder and cocked her arm back, swinging and smacking him hard across the cheek as he turned. Her only thought was that she should have punched him.
