"She is?" Adrian questioned back curiously. "Family friends and she is the daughter of my boss. Were you in her year at Hogwarts?" It was curious that Astoria had brought up a reaction in the blonde. For all his laissez faire attitude he was curious as to why. Not that he reached Terence levels of protectiveness but she did have a special place, probably where a sister would be if he had one. Possibly, though he did like the way she looked in a dress far too much for it to be purely platonic.
Adrian made a motion to get up, as if the date were over then and there. He sat back down, quirking a grin. "I suppose it's not the be all and end all for everyone. You are missing out though." He canted the tip of his bottle toward her, making his point. "Well it is the best team to be a fan for. I suggest looking into it. I might be biased but I can assure you they were my top team even before they signed me."
"I'm not sure you're ready for all that love." He teased, angling one elbow on the bartop. "But I suppose something is in order. I'm a chaser for the Falcons. Not a serial killer. I lived abroad for the last four years or so. And apparently I am shameless. According to those near and dear to me, that is. Your turn Ms. Brown."
