Terence was glad when Astoria nodded her approval-- at least now he wouldn't have to go home to worry about Astoria (And Daphne, but just a bit). And at least now he could be sure that she got a bit of sleep and didn't spend the rest of the night sulking in her bed. He knew that Rose would have tried to help Astoria if she'd known what was happening, but Terence was glad that he could be there for his cousin. Hopefully he'd have some time to explain the situation to Rose, if she hadn't already read, when morning came.
"Me, too," Terence replied quietly. He toed his shoes off, then leaned back a bit in the bed as he curled an arm around Astoria's shoulders. "Now, you should try to rest. I'll make sure you're up on time in the morning," he said. And Terence closed his eyes for a moment because, even though he'd had a lazy Sunday, he wasn't used to dealing with such issues with women or family, and having to deal with both in one day was completely exhausting.
