"Believe me, it's plenty enough for a whole gift," Ron said. Hermione moved away, and his hand hung in the air for a moment before he let it drop to his side again. Sometimes it was easy to forget that tiny bit of extra distance that had been between them since school; for a second, there could have been a whole country between them, and then it passed like it always did.
"The real problem with Quidditch tickets is figuring out who to take." He flapped the envelope once as if to point at them, then tucked it into his pocket. He gave a short laugh. "Everyone's gone and gotten themselves lives. Makes it more complicated. It's even hard for me and Harry to get off the same days. Though I'm glad I'm not the one who has to go in tonight."
