Arrival - before dinner
It would be sacrilegious not to arrive at the Weasley Christmas dinner without wearing the jumper Molly had made. Percy felt extra sensitive about this, remembering the year he stubbornly returned the gift his mum had sent to spite the rest of the family who he scorned. Now, he was part of the family again, but the lingering guilt remained, bitter memories that had mellowed somewhat with time, but nonetheless still pricked at his consciousness.
Such were his feelings that he didn't feel comfortable simply walking into his childhood home; he knocked at the door first, his arms laden with festively wrapped gifts, including a bottle of wine to share at the table. It was so cold out that Percy's nose and ears were becoming as red as his hair, but there was a smile on his face.
