It would be very easy to reach out and grab Draco by the nose. It was tempting, just to see how he'd react to that, to getting a good pinch and being told to go play in his own sandbox. But Draco as making a point, one that Hermione could see just a tiny grain of logic in. She sat up a bit more, pushing herself back in her seat to remove Draco from her 'personal space bubble' once more.
"You're forgetting one thing Mr. Malfoy. One thing that makes us very, very different- there are people invested in seeing me no only live, but in seeing my title of ST be removed. Can you say the same for yourself?" she asked, doubting that anyone other than 'Mummy' was still interested in the life of Draco Malfoy. After all, Lucius was dead.
Hermione had, for a brief moment, been very sad for Draco when she'd learned that. Lucius had been a Death Eater, yes. He'd gone out of his way to do horrible things, beginning (for Hermione) in second year with that journal. But Draco hadn't deserved to loose the man. Not really.
