Who: Oliver and Adrian Where: Quidditch shop What: An unfortunate run-in When: Monday afternoon Rating: Low?
Oliver was spending as much outside of the flat today as he possibly could. The atmosphere in his home felt positively abrasive. Jonathan wasn't even there anymore, but he still couldn't really stand being there. He had gone for his usual run (but it was starting to become longer and longer). He had made sure to wait until Jonathan would be at work before he went back. He showered, ate something, and then decided to head out again. He hadn't really thought about where he was going until he was actually on the streets of London.
However, it didn't take him long to find his way to one of his favorite Quidditch stores. He did need some new arm and shin guards; it would be best for him to get them before the season officially started up. He could break them in a little. It was something that he had put off doing and now that he had a plan, he felt much better. The day had a purpose again. He could go through some supplies. He'd probably be home for a short while, but he was supposed to meet Percy for dinner.
The bell overhead rang out when Oliver headed into the shop. The storekeeper came over and asked him if he needed anything, but Oliver declined for the time being, deciding it was best just to look for a little while.
